Search Engine Optimization Associate
Responsibilities:
- Define, conceptualize and implement strategies and activities that will maximize traffic to Hotel Websites
- Ensure that all activities are aligned with the overall Marketing goals of the hotels
- Accurately track and analyze performance of all traffic-generating activities (Acquired links, social media and relevant travel directories)
- Perform Website Audit Reports to identify actionable insights for recommendation and implementation
- Keep abreast with changes in the Search Engine Marketing industry and quickly adapt strategies to the latest developments in the Search Engine Optimization
- Has to comply with documented process and work instructions
- Strictly conforms to Quality Assurance (QA) standards set by the company and as part of International Organization for Standardization (ISO) documentation
- Recommends corrective/preventive actions to ensure quality of products, processes and services
- Participates in the identification areas for process improvement that helps achieve the defined company and team goals
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree of any course
- With two years of work experience in Search Engine Optimization and Internet Marketing
- Proficiency in HTML, Dreamweaver and Cascading Style Sheet (CSS)
- Programming ability, working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Marketing principles is an advantage
- Specialization in optimization for Spanish or Chinese markets an advantage
