Market Management Associate
Responsibilities:
- Implement campaigns/performance intervention to achieve the team/market WIG (X% yoy increase in revenue per market where X to be defined by head of market management in collaboration with EXM and Biz Dev) Customization of campaigns may be required to fit hotel branding and need. Interventions includes but are not limited to the following:
- Maintain competitive rates
- Provide room availability
- Have guest-friendly cancellation policies and enticing promotions
- Implement DWH-recommended best practices
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive database of all hotel partner contacts of all active hotels including but not limited to gathering hotel information ((history, profile, name of contact, problems, past and present success, likes, dislikes, communication method)
- Effectively communicate the importance of the property's implementation of campaigns/performance interventions with key person within the hotel partner organization (Owner, GM, DOSM, Reservations Manager, Decision Maker). ensure its timely implementation and hotel's consistent commitment to selling online.
- Zero out hotel attrition by ensuring win-win relationship with hotel partners
- Coordinate with Sales Partners with regards to Hotel performance updates and support needs
- Coordinate with other Business Units or Support Service Units with regards to hotel performance updates, market and support needs
- Migration Implementation of 100% existing hotels who take selling online seriously
- Provide valuable inputs for continuous improvement of Guest Interface, Hotel Interface and Directwithhotels Directory, which might include quality assurance and user acceptance tests
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or related course
- With solid experience in customer relationship management and/or sales & marketing
- Excellent working knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office applications such as: MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Proven ability lead, initiate, mentor, and motivate a business unit and have solid decision-making and analytical skills
- Sharp Communicator
- Creative thinker with mental horsepower and intuition: ability to see solutions & fix problems; ability to keep learning as the job expands
- Sales skills and call center background experience are an advantage
