Business Process Junior Manager
Responsibilities:
- Monitors and advises on the performance of the quality management system and produces data and report on performance, measuring against set indicators (metrics)
- Promote and drive organization efficiencies through process improvement and continuous improvement through applying and adapting international standards and practices such as ISO, EFQM, etc.
- Conduct workshops and interviews with staff to identify, map and document business processes
- Support business units and support services in the documentation and alignment of their processes, procedures and work instructions
- Manage and maintain the company’s internal quality audit program and assess process improvement initiatives resulting from all Quality Audits - internal and external
- Conduct audit activities to ensure compliance of the organization to the established Quality Management System
- Liaise with other managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the quality assurance system is functioning properly. Where appropriate, advises on changes and their implementation and provide training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality
- Provide leadership for developing and directing Quality Assurance and Quality improvement initiatives (Cost-of-Quality reductions, Audit system, CAPA system, etc.) for all processes and services/products
- Report on timely basis to TQM Lead and executive management (if needed) on the performance of the quality system, any non-compliance issues and recommended actions
- Performs project management role in some QMS related projects
- Performs Software Quality Assurance audits activities when needed to ensure software products delivered are meeting customer requirements
- Conducts business requirements definition with stakeholders and prepares Software Requirements Specification document
- Provides guidance on developing metrics to measure process effectiveness/efficiency and success of process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Engineering or any business course
- At least 2 years of experience working as process analyst and exposure to software quality assurance management
- Knowledge and exposure to various quality standards and models, such as ISO 9001, TQM, EFQM , Six Sigma, etc.
- Knowledgeable with QMS Auditing guidelines such as ISO 19011- Auditing Guidelines for IS0 9001:2000
- Knowledgeable with Quality Control methodologies and sampling techniques
- Familiarity on various problem solving techniques
- Demonstrated experience in process mapping and modeling, developing metrics to measure process effectiveness/efficiency and success of process improvement initiatives
- Business process analysis experience - must have a keen eye for identifying business process re-engineering opportunities
- Familiarity on Software development lifecycle methodologies, Software testing methodologies, Test case design and execution, Software Quality Assurance Techniques
- Proven ability to capture customer business requirements and develop a concept of operations based off of the customer’s needs
- Knowledge and experience in conducting software quality assurance audits (system architecture, coding and project deliverables)
- Experience with working with stakeholders at various levels and functional area
- With good presentation skills and can conduct training for internal customers on various QMS related training needs with an ability to produce high-quality deliverables created through collaboration
