Emiliano Zulberti
President & Chief Executive Officer

Prior to founding DirectWithHotels in 2005, Emiliano worked for strategy and IT consulting firms. His unique brand of business architecture has previously benefited financial services, telecommunications and travel businesses including a prominent tour operator in Europe and one of the world’s most recognized hotel chain brands. Emiliano’s passion for traveling, and his frustration with the reservation experience offered by many accommodation providers, drove him to co-found DirectWithHotels.

Carlos Zulberti
Chief Planning Officer

Carlos has over 30 years experience of international, environmental and economic development consultancy. An extremely well traveled individual, he has worked across North America, South America, Africa, and Asia and has been involved with the United Nations, academic institutions and national Governments. Carlos’s insight into growing and developing markets inspired him to co-found DirectWithHotels, along with son Emiliano.

Ester Costanzo
Vice President, Human Capital Management

As DirectWithHotels’ Human Capital Management Lead, Ester brings a strong background in education and human capital development. She has been a driving force in implementing strategies that provide challenging and competitive job opportunities, manage performance, and measure capacity building. Prior to joining DirectWithHotels in July 2007, Ester held positions in international development in South America, Africa, and Asia encompassing work for the United Nations and various academic and research organizations.

Ryan Pangilinan
Director, Institutional Sales Partner Management

Ryan began his career in consulting and has since worked in the communications and high technology consumer and enterprise industry. He has extensive experience in service delivery, marketing, and business development, focusing on the Americas and European Market. At DirectWithHotels, he puts this experience to work, leading initiatives in building and strengthening relationships with institutional partners, creating a strategic service that delivers value to hoteliers and, ultimately, their guests.

Jade Ceres-Dolor
Lead, ATTRACT-CONVERT Performance

Jade’s expertise ranges from journalism to public relations to online reputation management and to content development for both business-to-business and business-to-consumer communications. She leads a team of copywriters in DirectWithHotels Inc who are dedicated in optimizing websites and converting more online visitors into confirmed bookers. She has also worked as an internet marketing consultant for several industries including real estate, manufacturing, retail, and telecommunications.

Idjea Dumpit
Lead, MANAGE - Operations Management

Equipped with a vast experience in customer service, yield management and relationship management from the online travel industry, Idjea ensures that client hotel websites are always performing at their optimum level so that each of them reaches full reservation potential. As the Operations Management Lead for MANAGE, she continuously manages the performance of her team by implementing best practices that allow each member to further understand the hotel’s needs and in turn, provide hotel partners with recommendations that fully maximize their online performance.

Ma. Teresa Labilles
Lead, Total Quality Management

With 4 years of combined work experience in project management and quality management system, Thess brings to DirectWithHotels a proven record of helping organizations manage growth through the effective implementation of strategic business processes. As the Total Quality Management Lead, Thess is primarily responsible for ensuring that the products and services that we deliver meet our hotel partners’ requirements and level of satisfaction. Most recently, she has been tasked to oversee the implementation of the Company’s quality management implementation using ISO 9001:2000 and European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) standards as platforms.

Christie Lumagbas
Lead, Launch

Christie, has been an integral part of DirectWithHotels since its inception. Being one of the pioneer members of this company, Teng continues to play an important role in its pursuit of global expansion as she leads a multidisciplinary A-level team of search engine marketers, copywriters and designers. With more than 10 years of experience in design, conceptualization, development, and management of websites, Teng constantly contributes to the growth of the DirectWithHotels portfolio of hotel partners.

Shaina Muhi
Lead, Spanish Market

Having worked as a revenue manager of Spanish-speaking hotels, Shaina developed the Spanish market management team in 2008. Her goal: to deliver the DirectWithHotels brand to non-English markets with world-class excellence. Shaina continues to meet the growing needs of the Spanish market and now manages partners in Mexico, Argentina and Spain.

Ava Pertudo
Lead, Inbound Operations

In the newly created role of Inbound Operations Manager at DirectWithHotels, Ava delivers outstanding management skills and an impeccable sense of customer service. Her primary role is to ensure that the entire reservations management team provides a total quality experience to guests, helping create guest loyalty for all of DirectWithHotels hotel partners.

Kim Pineda
Lead, Individual Sales Partner Management

Kim’s passion for sales started in retail and has since evolved to the online service industry. Using her strong management skills cultivated from 8 years of solid sales management experience, Kim efficiently manages the performances of sales partners from various parts of the world. And as a highly effective communicator and negotiator, she is responsible for developing relationships and recruiting new individual sales partners that will help accelerate the growth of the DirectWithHotels brand in the global tourism market.

Francinne Roque
Lead, Sales Force Development

Before coming to DirectWithHotels, Francinne was a top-notch accounts manager who managed global corporate accounts for a major hotel chain in China, Hong Kong and other larger international territories. Moreover, she also holds a background in revenue management, having sold 700 rooms for 300 corporate accounts. In DirectWithHotels, she is currently a manager for Sales Force Development, developing processes, policies and procedures for the sales team as well as training materials for newly recruited remote sales associates. Francinne was also at the helm of the development of DirectWithHotels Revenue Optimization methodology.
