Kim Pineda
Lead, Individual Sales Partner Management

Kim’s passion for sales started in retail and has since evolved to the online service industry. Using her strong management skills cultivated from 8 years of solid sales management experience, Kim efficiently manages the performances of sales partners from various parts of the world. And as a highly effective communicator and negotiator, she is responsible for developing relationships and recruiting new individual sales partners that will help accelerate the growth of the DirectWithHotels brand in the global tourism market.

Ryan Pangilinan
Lead, Institutional Sales Partner Management

Ryan began his career in consulting and has since worked in the communications and high technology consumer and enterprise industry. He has extensive experience in service delivery, marketing, and business development, focusing on the Americas and European Market. At DirectWithHotels, he puts this experience to work, leading initiatives in building and strengthening relationships with institutional partners, creating a strategic service that delivers value to hoteliers and, ultimately, to their guests.

Regina Payumo
Lead, Marketing

Regina’s professional experience has evolved from hospitality management to direct and below-the-line marketing of tourism products. At DirectWithHotels, she is responsible for generating leads through the corporate website and implementing strategic marketing activities that will leverage the brand in its niche market.

James Mirasol
Vice-President, Operations

James brings 10 years of senior management experience in organizational development, change management and business process outsourcing to DirectWithHotels. As Vice-President for Operations, he is primarily focused on building tools that increase effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery. Prior to DirectWithHotels, James held a variety of senior management roles across a broad spectrum of industries that focus on communications, infrastructure development and business process outsourcing.

Christie Lumagbas
Lead, Launch

Christie, or Teng, has been an integral part of DirectWithHotels since its inception. Being one of the pioneering members of the Company, Teng continues to play an important role in its pursuit to global expansion as she leads a multidisciplinary A-level team of search engine marketers, copywriters and designers. With more than 10 years of experience in design, conceptualization, development, and managing of websites, Teng constantly contributes to the growth of the DirectWithHotels portfolio of hotel partners.

Nancy Siy
Lead, ATTRACT

In her role as ATTRACT Lead, Nancy brings her proficiency in formulating online marketing strategies for the Company.. At DirectWithHotels, she is responsible for managing the implementation of the online marketing unit, developing search engine marketing and search engine optimization roadmaps, and testing new online marketing initiatives. Her previous experience as online marketing director for Elong, a Chinese online travel company and a division of Expedia, gave her hands-on exposure to the largest and most robust internet communities in the world.

Jade-Ceres Dolor
Lead, CONVERT- Communications

Jade’s expertise ranges from journalism, public relations, online reputation management, to content development for both business-to-business and business-to-consumer communications. Her primary role at DirectWithHotels is to lead a team of copywriters who are dedicated to optimizing websites and converting more guests to reserve on the hotel’s website. She has also worked as an internet marketing consultant for several industries including real estate, manufacturing, retail, and telecommunications.

Carlo Isles
Lead, CONVERT- Design

With his vast knowledge of the best practices and usability standards of websites, Carlo and his team of designers are responsible for ensuring that the guest’s experience on the hotel’s website converts to a reservation. His demonstrated competencies on research and analysis partnered with his strategic ability to produce and implement conversion plans greatly contribute to the performance and conversion improvement of our hotel partners’ websites.

Idjea Dumpit
Lead, MANAGE - Operations Management

Equipped with a vast experience in customer service, yield management and relationship management from the online travel industry, Idjea ensures that client hotel websites are always performing at their optimum level so that each of them reaches full reservation potential. As the Operations Management Lead for MANAGE, she continuously drives the effective performance of her team by implementing best practices that allow each member to further understand the hotel’s needs and in turn provide our hotel partners with recommendations that fully maximize their online performance.

Ava Pertudo
Reservations Manager

In the newly created role of Reservations Manager at DirectWithHotels, Ava delivers outstanding management skills and impeccable sense of customer service. Her primary role is to ensure that the entire reservations management team provides a total quality experience to guests, subsequently turning them into promoters and repeat guests for our hotel partners.

Mike Reyes
Lead, Special Operations Services

Mike brings to DirectWithHotels nine years of solid experience in internet and search engine marketing solutions, specializing in managing operations and projects for respected medium- to large-sized companies. Mike has been part of the Company’s journey to excellence since 2003, performing a wide range of critical management activities related to program development, business processes and recruitment. Mike continues to enrich his professional experience with his lead role in Special Operations, a unit dedicated to manage the DirectWithHotels’ corporate and directory sites operations and other special projects to support different units of the Company.

Joanna Buenaventura
Lead, Software Product Management

Joanna is a long-time technology expert with 8 years of solid experience in managing software development and deployment. Since joining DirectWithHotels, Joanna is instrumental in spearheading its team of software engineers, testers and system administrators for the development of the entire reservation system that is chiefly composed of the guest interface, hotelier interface, and the reservations system control panel. To ensure the highest level of operational effectiveness and efficiency of the reservation system, she adheres to best practices in object-oriented development and Model View Controller (MVC) design patterns.

Rommelito Natividad
Lead, Information Technology Support Service

Rommel provides more than 15 years of combined information technology experience in research & development, telecommunications, helpdesk and support industry to DirectWithHotels. As the Information Technology Support Service Lead, Rommel ensures that the servers and workstations are performing at optimum level to guarantee delivery of the brand promise to hotel partners. With a strong operational background from various industries, Rommel has effectively implemented IT and security related policies that led to improvements not only in network security, but also in employee productivity.

Ma. Teresa Labilles
Lead, Total Quality Management

With 4 years of combined work experience in project management and quality management system, Thess brings to DirectWithHotels a proven record of helping organizations manage growth through the effective implementation of strategic business processes. As the Total Quality Management Lead, Thess is primarily responsible for ensuring that the products and services that we deliver meet our hotel partners’ requirements and level of satisfaction. Most recently, she has been tasked to oversee the implementation of the Company’s quality management implementation using ISO 9001:2000 and European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) standards as platforms.

Ester Costanzo
Lead, Human Capital Management

As DirectWithHotels’ Human Capital Management Lead, Ester brings a strong background in learning and human capital development. She has been a driving force in implementing strategies that provide challenging and competitive job opportunities, manage performance, and measure capacity building. Prior to joining DirectWithHotels in July 2007, Ester held positions in international development in South America, Africa, and Asia encompassing work for the United Nations and various academic and research organizations.

Shiela Cantos
Lead, Finance and Administrative Services

Shiela’s expertise ranges from both external and internal auditing. Her past involvement in assessment, compliance/operational audit, financial audit, fraud audit and tax compliance among others fully enables her to catapult DirectWithHotels into becoming a world-class brand.
